Please carefully review the instructions and conditions below before making a product return.
 
 
Returning of the products in Finland can be done by using Posti or Matkahuolto:

Before sending the ordered items back to the merchant it is required to notify the merchant about it in writing. Notice can be written by e-mail to: info(at)hockeyunlimited.fi or by filling: order cancellation form. The returned products must be unused and unchanged.
 
 
All orders from the webstore have 14 day money back guarantee. For product returns, we will charge 6,90€ as return shipping and handling costs from the total refund sum. For returns inside Finland, customer can use our customer return shipping codes for Posti or Matkahuolto that are specified later below. For product returns from outside of Finland, the customer arranges the shipping and pays for the costs that incurred for the returning of the product.

 

The return policy does not apply to products that are associated with personal hygiene of the customer (for example underwear and some liquids). Returned products must be unused, unchanged and in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer. The packaging of the returned product must be unbroken. Any labels and price tags attached to the product itself or the packaging must remain intact. Before returning the product it must be packed carefully, so the product or the product packaging will not become damaged during the shipping. We recommend using the same packaging in which the product was originally delivered. NB! Do not attach stickers or other notes directly to the product packaging. Failure to follow the return policy will result in voiding the money back guarantee.

Returning through Posti can be accomplished by taking the package to the nearest Posti postoffice and asking Posti to send the package to Hockey Unlimited Oy as a customer return “asiakaspalautus” and providing our return shipping code: 641062. NB! Please store the receipt from Posti for the customer return as long as you receive your payment back for the returned products.

 

Returning the package by Matkahuolto can be accomplished by taking the package to to the nearest Matkahuolto office and provide the return code for free package return to the merchant, which is: 9528011NB! Please store the receipt from Matkahuolto for the customer return as long as you receive your payment back for the returned products.

 

Payment for the returned products is returned as soon as possible primarily using the same payment method through which the customer has originally paid for the product. Returning of the payment by bank transfer can be possible in the occasion when return of the payment is not possible using the same payment method that the customer has used. 

 

NB! For product returns, we will charge 6,90€ as return shipping and handling costs from the total refund sum.

 

For orders outside of Finland the customer pays for the costs that incurred for the returning of the product. Product returns should be sent to the merchant address:

Returning of the product from outside of Finland can be accomplished with the chosen delivery method by the customer to our door or to the Postoffice or office of "Matkahuolto" nearest to us. Returning the product to our nearest Smartpost parcel locker is also possible. NB! We do not accept parcels that have the delivery costs unpaid.

 

Faulty or damaged item:

If the delivered product is faulty or damaged, you can notify the merchant about it by sending an e-mail to info@hockeyunlimited.fi. Flawless product will be sent to customer to replace the faulty product. If  sending new product to replace the faulty product is not possible, it may be the case for the price reduction for the faulty product or complete cancellation of the sale and money refund. For a money refund, we may need your bank account number.
